Noon runs and designs different workshops with different durations to help participants develop acting skills and to increase self-expression opportunities through performing arts.
Types of Workshops:
- Children’s Workshops
- Workshops for corporates
- Workshops for schools and youth centres
- Workshops for trainers and teachers
Workshops on Special Topics:
Noon regularly offers psychodrama workshops that are open to the public. These workshops are an opportunity to experience psychodrama and engage with relevant theories within a safe and supportive environment. Psychodrama is an action method, which utilises dramatization, role-playing and dramatic self-representation to explore ones life and gain deeper insights.
Workshops on Female Genital Mutilation
Carried in several schools in Upper Egypt to create awareness around the issue of Female Genital Mutilation, which is a common practice in the region. Noon carried out these workshops with around 75 children in each school. Dance workshops were the means through which discussions took place and thoughts related to the practice of FGM were shared. Performances were held for an audience comprised of the student’s peers and their families.
Access Workshops for Students and Teachers:
